Corona Virus outbreak
All Parish Council Meetings will be suspended until further notice. In our March meeting, the Parish Council resolved to devolve the day to day decision-making powers to the Clerk and Chairman of the Parish Council. We will ensure all Parish Councillors are kept informed of correspondence, and where necessary, we will use technology if a group decision is required.
St Mary’s Church asked the Parish Council to Partnership with them to offer the 'Corona Virus Village Support’
In this time of restricted activities, it seems desirable to provide extra support for those who are vulnerable and/or directly affected by the Corona Virus. It is likely that good neighbourliness will come to the fore and already some villagers have volunteered their help. If anyone else would like to do so please get in touch.
Do contact us if you need any assistance (for example shopping) during this difficult time.
