Lockington Parish Council serves the communities of Lockington, Aike, outlying homes, farmsteads and businesses of the Civil Parish
The Parish is located in the East Riding of Yorkshire and is situated approximately 6 miles north of Beverley and 7 miles south of Driffield.
According to the 2018 estimate the population of Lockington Parish is 555 and there were 255 separate households (2011 census).

The Parish Church of St Marys is a Grade I listed building.

All meetings will commence at 7pm (unless otherwise identified in the link above) and will be held in Lockington Village Hall.


All Face to Face Parish Council Meetings are suspended until further notice due to the Corona Virus Pandemic.


In our March 2020 meeting, the Parish Council resolved to devolve the day to day decision-making powers to the Chairman and Clerk of the Parish Council, until such time that Face to Face meetings are possible.
