Lockington Parish Council serves the communities of Lockington, Aike, outlying homes, farmsteads and businesses of the Civil Parish. The Parish Council is made up of nine elected Parish Councillors supported by the Parish Clerk.
The Parish is located in the East Riding of Yorkshire and is situated approximately 6 miles north of Beverley and 7 miles south of Driffield. According to the 2019 estimate the population of Lockington Parish is 539 and there were 255 separate households (2011 census).
As a Parish Council, we are the tier of Local Government that is the closest to the people we represent.
