Serving the communities of Lockington, Aike, outlying homes, farmsteads and businesses of the Civil Parish
The Parish is located in the East Riding of Yorkshire and is situated approximately 6 miles north of Beverley and 7 miles south of Driffield.
According to the 2018 estimate the population of Lockington Parish is 555 and there were 255 separate households (2011 census).

The Parish Church of St Marys is a Grade I listed building.

All meetings will commence at 7pm (unless otherwise identified below) and will be held in Lockington Village Hall.


All Face to Face Parish Council Meetings are suspended until further notice (Corona Virus Covid 19).

In our March meeting, the Parish Council resolved to devolve the day to day decision-making powers to the Chairman and Clerk of the Parish Council. Parish Councillors will be kept informed of all correspondence, and where necessary, we will use technology (ZOOM Virtual Meeting) where a face to face meeting is required (albeit virtual).
